LECTURE: “In pursuit of profit – profitability of treatments from the perspective of an endodontist and a practice owner.”
Dentist, CEO at Dent’s Play, CEO at DrPlan, co-owner and manager of HD-DENTAL Dental Center and the upcoming Estetica Aesthetic Medicine clinic in Gliwice, with 21 years of professional experience in dentistry.
In addition to actively working with patients, she has extensive experience in independently managing both a private dental practice and a medical facility employing a team of 15 people.
She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry at the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, and furthered her education at the Academy of Leadership Psychology and the Authority Program at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. She then completed pioneering postgraduate studies in AI and Health Innovation – the first of their kind in Poland – at the Lazarski University’s Health Market Academy in Warsaw.
She is a scholar of the Vision Health Pioneers Incubator in Berlin, a startup accelerator supporting the development of digital healthcare solutions that address real-world medical challenges. She is also a Mentee at StartSmart CEE (formerly MIT Enterprise Forum CEE), a global organization uniting professionals in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Currently, she is developing Dent’s Play and DrPlan – innovative solutions at the intersection of medicine and business.
