Our clinical workflow to a more personalized shaping and obturation approach.

The vast majority of the shaping and filling techniques in modern endodotnics are trying to simplify both shaping and filling of the root canal system often lacking to respect original anatomy. This one-size-fits-all philosophy often leads to underprepared or over-prepared root canals with fatal longterm outcomes. This presentation wants to address how the available armamentarium can be individually combined and adjusted to achieve superior fills in clean canals.
